re energising

I went for a run tonight. My second run since the start of my exercise regime which commenced yesterday. I'm want to get mega fit again like I use to be.

It was a shock when A little girl who I passed said 'my god, she's got a 6 pack'. I thought YES! I still got it. Surprise considering I've spent about 3 or 4 years doing absolutely nothing.

I kind of did some spiritual healing alignment at the end of my run. Its like an angel grabs my hands and forces the healing through them. The angel guides me in my head also by letting me know what I'm doing. I say little chants, like, 'here is my heart, let it heal' etc as I put my hand on my heart chakra. The angel guides me in the realignment of my soul to light. I pinpointed certain areas that need pressure on them, like my heart, my head, and points around my stomach. I even did a crown of thorns chant and touched the right spots around my head.

Its a special kind of gift I have to be able to do what I do. Its like i'm trained to do it when i do like an acupucturist would be or a specialist healer. I'm very lucky I can do it as I can generally heal myself at all times if I really have the will to. I'm usuall left with a great feeling and big smile on my face at the end of these sorts of light delivery.

Anyway, I figure I need to exercise to avoid falling into depression after the recent events in my life.

I also went to the old gym I used to work at today to see what its like now. Has changed a bit.

I am in a fitness mood. I'd really love to do some kind of dancing too. There is an aerobics class that is funky type dance. It should tie me over until i find a class in Perth to do that isnt daggy or slow.

I've got a creative block at the moment. Think its since I got demoted to blue light angel.

Maybe its just that creation is not the answer at the moment. Its more a mending time for me. So I get to focus on things like exercise and life and bringing out the old me. Getting back to the core.

And this is actually where I am. I am getting back to the core of my light. I am leading the core and I am allowing it to live in me again.

I think im experiencing pms. Im fat. I cant find my sunglasses. Im hot. My hair is fluffy. Help. I wore socks today.

Actually, i know what it is. I started taking Endronax again. Its a antidepressant. Only cos I was so tired that I couldnt get up to do anything over the long weekend. I started taking it so I could come to work. It makes me get major fluid retention. I hope they dont make me fat. I cant handle being fat on top of everything else. They are suppose to make you thin. They work in the same manner as speed. Highly recommend them actually, apart from the fluid retention part, especially if you are somebody who cant get up in the mornings and just want to sleep all the time.

Today i was thinking about socks. I had a dream that I put on some socks which had golden diamonds on them and they were pretty snazzy. I remember I put them on with a pair of white high heel sandals which looked really cool believe it or not.

Anyway, I had an itchy foot this morning at work and wanted to go buy a pair of socks but I didnt. Then low and behold, I just look at my seat, and on my seat is one sock. It looks like my sock. I have no idea how it got there. Its one clean sock. Good little eager sock. It must have run from my drawer at home to work and found me.

:) proof that when you want something bad enough, it sometimes will just appear from nowhere.

My cat goes through stages where its like he is in love with me.

He meows at my window, so I run downstairs and open up the door for him (i just got a screen put on the window and cant open it anymore). Then he comes in and sits at my face and just looks at me.

He puts his nose on my face and touches my face with his paws. I'll turn away cos I'm usually tired and just need to sleep without a wet nose on my face, so he'll come around the other side and do the same thing. Then he'll snuggle up and I'll wake up and he'll just be gazing into my face.

He's so beautiful. He's my protector and will be with me forever until eternity. He's a white lion in heaven and beautiful cat on earth. He's like an angel. When I'm sad he always comes and sits with me and puts his paws on me.

He's a darling. His name is Harley.

look at this. a guy in london was stabbed in the head and the knife is still there!

its shocking. When somebody tried to murder me, they were trying to stab me in the head repeatedly. God I fought for my life. It was a miracle I didnt get a knife in my head. I think he stabbed so hard at the end that the knife went into the grass and he lost it. Thats when I managed to get him off me.

Thats it! Im stomp stompin my feet in a puddle and then ..BANG.. Im goin jack. U dont love me anymore..cry... Huff puff. And Run. The video i was making for u was called Rain. I cant sleep. If i hadnt tried to do myself in with my sleeping tablets then i may not have this problem! God help me. Ill get half hour sleep, wake up, go to my work, feel crap all day and hate the world even more. I go to the doc wednesday. Ill ask for more sleeping tablets. He'll say why, where are the others. What do i say? Do i tell him. Then ill never get any ever again and go to work feeling crap every time i cant sleep. Its too hard.

By some freak occurrence i got out of my mental patient bed at home and ended up with 6 other people in a park in landsdale with a guy channelling an energy from the 4th dimension. I never find freaks who do stuff like. It made me understand that i am not that strange. Others are in on the light. I didnt understand why the channel didnt understand the 7 solar systems. Then i said, well nobody really knows what i know. 2years u motherfuckas! Do your time :) should i tell anybody. Na, they think im crazy.

I am now no longer a white angel of the golden light. I am a bluelight angel that has to sit and be stern with the new spot. God has to wear a real hard hat and to see thru the suffering and pain is an immense journey for he. I was gold for about 2yrs and now im light. My golden years are over. Wonder what i get with a blue light. I got concerto 5 as my final piece from love light. Its soffli. It will be played by a master.

I hated it at first, and thought it was the worst movie to be taken to. But I loved it later. I love it because its a musical. Every song in that musical came out of me later ... like it was instilled in my memory. Its a great movie.
